vitamins and milk

Hi. ? i'm 12weeks preggy pero ang nireseta lang sakin ng OB ko is folic acid once a day ko tini-take then one glass a day ng anmum milk. Is it normal ba???

Yes po normal lang po yon next check up mu nyan may ibang vitamins kapa irereseta ng ob mo
