If you're a picky eater and the supplement isn't working try eating small frequent ams healthy meals. I threw up a lot and I still have that symptom now until the third trimester. So that's what I do. I don't eat a lot in one meal.
Ganyan talaga sa 1st trimester. Tiis tiis lang muna at kumain ng fruits and more water. 2nd trimester lalakas ka na kumain nyan 🙂
