11 weeks pp

I'm 11 weeks PP. I noticed there's some bleeding, dark red in colour. It's not heavy (soaked abt half of the pantyliner) and it happened 2 times in the past 2 days. Could it be menses coming back?

It’s possible, especially if you’re not breastfeeding regularly
