Pregnancy Status...

Hi... I'm 10 weeks now....juz curious...how do we know e little one is doing juz fine inside...? Unlike 20 over weeks we can observe their movements but 1st trimester..how to know they are doing juz fine..?😁 Docs appointment is still weeks away....

nothing really .. apart from having morning sickness, i don't even feel any different or feeling pregnant .. i go about my daily routine as per normal and go for my appointments as per scheduled .. i just make sure i don't forget to eat my folic acid and stayed away from alcohol, smoking and anything raw .. most importantly, don't stress or worried too much .. :)
