Pregnancy Status...

Hi... I'm 10 weeks now....juz curious...how do we know e little one is doing juz fine inside...? Unlike 20 over weeks we can observe their movements but 1st trimester..how to know they are doing juz fine..?😁 Docs appointment is still weeks away....

Like the other moms said, there's nothing we can do or monitor accept making sure there is no bleeding or bad pains.
