Kailangan ba magpahilot para mabuntis? 31 years old na po ako at recently ko lang po nalaman na may PCOS ako. Ilang beses po ba dapat magpahilot sa isang buwan para matulungan ang fertility ko?

I have both PCOS and endometriosis, and I asked myself kailangan ba magpahilot para mabuntis? I tried hilot for stress relief, but it didn’t improve my chances of pregnancy. IVF and medications like Metformin were what really helped. So, kailangan ba magpahilot para mabuntis? It’s not enough by itself
