8 months ako pinapastart ni OB magexercise kasi may high risk pregnancy ko for preterm labor.. Magandang gawin mommy is kegel exercise, lakad, or search yogas for pregnant women sa youtube 😊
8months.. 1hr walking then squatting. Nung pang 9months na, 2hrs walking sa pantalan every morning, more squatting, then akyat baba sa stairs.

7months po sa youtube tingin tingin lang
naglalabor na..hahhaah..lakad lakad
lakad po. 8 months nag start
