Ako po nagkaroon ng mestruation after giving birth in 3 months, pero normal ba ang dalawang araw na regla lang . dati naman 5 days, ngayon after ko manganak parang laging 2 days na lang
ako din nanganak ako 3 years ago pero ever since nannganak ako hindi ko alam bakit nadedelay ang regla ko palagi nakakakaba tuloy. Kailangan practice safe sex lalo after period.
