Hi momshie! Ganyan rin ako nun before I gave birth. Baka nasstress ka or natatakot kapag naiisip mo na malapit ka ng manganak? Try mo mag breathing exercises and 30mins before sleep wag ka na mag cellphone/internet. Basa ka ng book para antukin. ๐Ÿ˜Š
