If you are a working mother, who takes care of your baby when you are at work?

My father is looking after my girl. I initially registered her for infant care in March, but I postponed it until July. I also placed her on the waiting list for a toddler class nearer to my place when she turns 18 months. She was on a bottle strike until very recently, where she amazingly took to MAM bottles. She's drinking her milk well and has about 3 naps a day. She's not giving any problems to my dad, which is good because I'd feel really bad and place her in infant care earlier if it was too tough for him.
