Breast milk transport

If I freeze BM at work, will it remain frozen if I bring it home (around 1 hr journey) in a cooler bag? Will the freshness be affected? Do I freeze it back when I reach home? Or do I have to use it immediately?

Will you be putting ice blocks? If yes, then please keep it in the fridge immediate and not freezer

ahh.. so if I pump at work is for usage at the nearest time la.. cannot keep for long term storage if got extra.. 😕
