If I freeze BM at work, will it remain frozen if I bring it home (around 1 hr journey) in a cooler bag? Will the freshness be affected? Do I freeze it back when I reach home? Or do I have to use it immediately?
i keep my EBM in the fridge at work, bring home in a cooler back with ice packs. keep in the fridge at home and use them for next day's feed most of the time. otherwise if i think there's extra then I'll keep in the freezer when i got home
yeah it's ok to keep in the fridge if it'll be consume in the next few days. i keep in my Packit bag and in the crisper drawer away from everything else in the pantry fridge.
