how long can I keep expressed BM for after warming up

I'd usually warmed up my BM from the fridge for my LO. If he does not finish the BM, can I still keep it in room temperature to mix it with the next batch of warmed-up-BM for his next feed in 3-4h?

If Warm up already, you can't mix and keep for next feed. If the milk is you pour half out, not warm up before, you can mix.
