hi sis. sy share based on my experience ya.. on 38 to 39 weeks saya banyakkan berjalan waktu petang as exercise. around 30 minutes per day. buat squat or ketuk ketampi, jalan itik. hujung kehamilan kerap bersama suami. 39w 4 days selamat lahirkan baby girl.normal. 24 hours contraction.
