having trouble going to sleep at night...
I've been having trouble going to bed at night. What can I do or take to help me sleep?

A cup of warm milk/ Milo before sleep. Wake up early, do some light workouts in the day. If you are pregnant, pregnancy workouts. Swimming / yoga etc If you are not, can go cycling/ running/ normal yoga etc Don’t overthink / stressed, relax your mind. Keep yourself occupied.
