I work 8:30 am - 6 pm. How often do u ladies pump at work? N at what time? My baby's last latch is about 6am. I pump only once at lunchtime. Does ur supervisor track ur pumping time? Do u compensate ur time to work? Eg, if u pump 10am and 4pm for 20 mins each time, will ur company expect u to work till 6:40 pm?

I pump 11am and 4pm at 20mins each session. My boss is a Mummy too so she understand the situation. Nowadays, more companies are flexible and even have a lactation room in the office.
