Any good food/survival tips suggest for week 1-12 pregnant?

I want to be much more healthy as it’s easy to loss the baby during first 3 months. Any survival tips for me?

Apart from eating a balanced diet (but avoid raw food or undercooked food), take folic acid and dydrogesterone which can be prescribed by ur doctor. :)

Doctor put me on dydrogesterone. It’s a hormone pill that helped to stabilise my pregnancy. Maybe you can speak to your gynae about this.

folic acid i guess? maybe calcium, multivits & fish oil when u enter 2nd tri and beyond

Avoid caffeine, high mercury fish and raw food.
