Sleep loss

Hi everyone, I am 26 weeks and could not sleep at all lately. Does it effect my baby? So worry for my baby. Any tips to get good sleep during last trimester?

Drink a cup of warm milk. Relax, don’t over think. Or watch a movie with hubby on bed. Wake up early, try not to nap in the day. so you can sleep early at night.

Meditate / try to relax more to sleep.
