Fishball soup for confinement

Hi all! I wanna ask, is it ok to eat fishball during confinement period? I dont like fish soup as i cant stand the taste. So i was thinking of replacing it with fishball.

the nutrients between fish and fish ball is different eating fish during confinement is helping you in healing and boost of milk supply
