Fishball/ processed food

When do you start giving fishball to your baby? My lo is turning 15 months old.

My LO is 14 mths I gave him 1 cut into small pieces. everything in moderation. the rest of the meal should be less or not salty

I made my own fish all from scratch. the fish ball outside is salty. it's best you can make yours healthier

after 8mths when my lo is growing her teeth.

Marinate fish with lemon slice or ginger juice for 15 mins. Blend fish with egg white. Add some corn flour and mix. Boil vege soup, use ur hand to squeeze the fish paste, then use spoon to make a fish ball n put In the boil vege soup.
