late night sleep

i used to sleep late at night and when I started getting pregnant, I still sleep late at night ad i don’t know what to do about it, coz even though i tried to sleep like 9pm or 10pm, i still fell asleep at 2am ??‍♀️ everyone is saying that it’s bad for me and the baby. but what am I supposed to do?

Okay lang po yun mommy basta nakakatulog po kayo atleast 8hrs tuloy tuloy tulog po. And drink po kayo ng gatas.

yes po mommy, kasama po tlga sa pagbbuntis ang napupuyat. Ganon din po ako nung preggy ako minsan 4to5 am ako nakakatulog pero tanghali na po ako nagigising. Basta inumin lang po yung mga vits nyo ni baby. 😊
