yes you can! It's a good pancake size! Do get a silicon spatula to avoid scratching the non stick coating! I also like to use a silicon tong to flip the pancake!

Yes u can. These days any pan can fry pancake - non stick coat helps u with cleaning! I just use normal frying pan that we use for regular cooking
