Need advice pls

I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was positive. Since this is my first time, I'm not really familliar with symptoms of being pregnant. Just wanna know po if normal po ba na sumasakit yung lower left abdomen and sa lower left back and madalas po nalipat sa binte or legs. May nakapag sabi po kase sakin na pelvic part daw po yun and hndi daw po dapat nasakit yung pelvic :( pls help guys! I'm so worried. Wala mapagcheck up-an dahil sa lockdown
