I can't start a day without drinking coffee. Is drinking coffee safe during pregnancy?

You can still drink coffee during pregnancy but it has to be in moderation. I, myself, didn't stop drinking coffee when I was pregnant and it didn't cause any harm to my unborn baby. I only drank 1 cup a day. There are certain risks involved if you exceed the recommended caffeine intake. Wow, that's good news. Thank you!! :)

There's this new that study claims that "a moderate intake of coffee will not harm or negatively affect your unborn baby’s IQ or behavior." You can learn more about it here: https://ph.theasianparent.com/drinking-coffee-while-pregnant-wont-affect-your-babys-iq/
