how many times the baby moves if 5 months already

I can't sleep in evening because I don't know the position where I sleep

During my 5th month, I could feel baby movement less in the day. When lying down and resting before bedtime, that's the time I would feel his movement. You can drink milk for pregnant to ease your sleeping time.
