Yes, I think it depends upon the condition of your stitches. If mag-normal ka kasi, it'll require you to put more force on your stomach, abdomen, abot na yung appendix mo, kapag umiri ka. So, mas okay kung healed na yung stitches. Check with your OB na rin.
