Can I still feed my milk to my baby if I have chicken pox? I don't direct latch my baby. So sad

I suggest for you to pump and express out the milk. Safer option that way. If you can get someone else to feed baby. This is for the safety of your child and at your child's best interests.

Ya I'm pumping out the milk.. but not sure my baby can consume it or not 😔
