Itchy bumps

I started having bumps that are superrr itchy like the one below the moment I turned 28 weeks. Any idea what this is?

Looks like hive, I had it postpartum but I heard many people get it during pregnancy. You can ask your gynae or go to a dermatologist. They might give some antihistamine for the itch.
