POLYMORPHIC ERUPTIVE OF PREGNANCY/PUPPS

I have been diagnosed w PUPPS w itchy red bumps spreading ard my body. Any remedies to reduce the itchiness or chase away those red bumps? Any mommies having this same condition as me?

I have a Friend who had a slight pupps - use cold compresses - wear cotton material - apply aloe vera gel ( can put in e fridge ) - don’t scratch it , will make it more worse - go to doc Hope it helps
