Pregnancy Exercise 😊
I just started doing yoga for 30 minutes today. And plan ko magpatuloy pa until my third trimester. I am 22 weeks na (5 mos) napanood ko sa youtube mga stretches and mild lang naman sya. Since nung nag pa ultrasound po ako, sabi ni ob, breech position, posterior high lying placenta grade 1 si baby. Kaya naghanap talaga ako ng yoga exercise para pumuwesto si baby ng tama and para mag normal delivery ako. Nag woworry lang ako, safe kaya yung yoga exercise kahit na 22 weeks palang ako.
