What is considered over consumption of fish
Hi Mummies, The FDA recommended pregnant woman to have 2-3 servings ( 8-12ounces) of low mercury fishes per week. Will exceeding this amount per week be overconsumption and lead to developmental problems in babies?

I had alot of fish during pregnancy i love seafood and hate meat. I didn't know theres such thing. I even had uni and bluefin sashimi when i had baby moon in japan. Only to realise after that I'm not supposed to eat. My baby is alright.
Not sure. But I only consume salmon/cod fish during pregnancy period. Over mercury will harm the baby.
