You can try to have 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals. You can try snacking on plain crackers/nuts/soup as empty stomach can worsen nausea. You can also try drinking fruit juice or rehydration drinks if you cannot stomach drinking water.
i take flavored sparkling ice mountain. easier to swallow coz of the flavoring and it's sugar-free. the fizz helps me to burp and relieve some of the nausea sometimes.
have small meals and rest. dont worry about the baby have enough food anot they getting nutrients from the yolk sac still
i also tot so after the doc tell me 😅 but still try to eat good for urself
I also had terrible time. Snack often, Drink plenty of fluids. Have small meals, Avoid spicy foods.
