Should I have a normal delivery or CS plus tubal ligation?

I am a soon to be mom of 4...I am thinking of delivering our 4th baby thru CS but I had my 3 babies delivered normally/vaginal birth.I have been thinking of CS because i am suffering from vein ulcers and if I will exert too much effort thru vaginal delivery Im afraid my veins will rupture and it endanger me or my baby. And at the same time I'm also turning 40 yrs old. Is it safe to do CS and have a tubal ligation at the same time? I am used to normal deliver that recovery time for CS will be longer and more painful. Seeking expert advice..Thank you so much

If highrisk pregnany much better po CS nalang ang importante naman po safe kayo both ni baby.. 2x CS ako sa both sons ko and ok naman po kakayanin naman ang recovery stage kahit masakit talaga.. 😊 And Yes safe naman po CS then pa ligate po agad para isang Surgery nalang. Talk to your OB mommy kapag nakapagdesisyon na kayo. 😊 -nursemommyhere

sis anong adv ng OB mo? kasi if mas safe sainyo ni baby ang CS then Go for it considering ur age nadin po. mas ok po sabay ang CS at ligation. Best is to conault ur OB and inform about your vein ulcer

Gave birth last night Oct 5 via NSD and nagpa tubal ligation na din.Im 38 and may gestational diabetes during my last trimester.If possible CS ka talaga schedule ka naman na ni OB mo

I am planning also ng tubal ligation sabay ko na sa CS operation ko. Na discuss ko na din ito sa OB ko. Since pang 3rd baby ko na via CS lahat and nasa early 40's na din po ako.

Mas better nga daw po na isabay na sa CS ko yung ligation para isahang opera nalang at isang gastos nalang.

Repeat CS ako and with ligation nitong June 3,2022. Gusto ko sana nag VBAC pero naisip ko since gusto kona magpa ligate at the age of 35, CS nalang para isang opera nalang. Recovery period. Depende po ito sa katawan mo. Ako kasi 1 and half day lang ako lagi sa hospital and normal na ako nakakagalaw. Sa una ko, nakapag lakad na ako the next day paguwi sa bahay, nag luto nako ng ulam namin 😆Yes, nakaya ko. Mind over matter siguro ang akin since wla naman kami katulong sa pag aalaga ng bata plus gawaing bahay. 2 lang kami ng asawa ko kaya no choice kundi kumilos. Medyo masakit lng un 2nd CS ko kasi mga 1 week pako bago nakagalaw ng normal pero nakakapaglaba nako, linis ng bahay, alaga bata, luto, lahat except magbuhat ng mabigat. Maninibago ka for sure since sanay ka ng normal delivery but it would be best to consult your OB. Write down all questions that you have- dilemma, pros and cons, etc.. Goodluck po.
