I saw this on my LO's finger just now. Anyone knows if it's ingrown nail or injury. And what cream can I put? Do I need to see PD? There's yellow dried pus on it.

could be ingrown or it could also be a hangnail but inflamed. get a nail fungal cream from GP will do
