Bacteria or fungal infection on my thumb during 1st trimester

Hi mummies, I just got pregnant and is having infection on my thumb.. it became swollen with a tiny ingrown and there’s pus coming out.. most probably happened because I accidentally cut my thumb nail too short. Any mummies been through this before? Can share your experience? I’m worried the infection will affect baby..
