Can I put warmed BM back in fridge if baby fell asleep? Or can I just stick it back in the fridge? Or leave it at room temp to give at when baby wake up or do I have to dump it.

You can keep it in the warmer. Set it to keep warm mode.
Normally I will keep for an hour at room temperature
Can keep it back in the fridge for the next feed
