Momshies question!

I posted last time wala sumagot. Sensitive po ata. But need to know po if meron po ba sa inyo super nahihirapan mag POOPS? ako po kasi hirap na hirap. Ayoko naman umire baka iba maire ko. Normal daw po yan sa mga preggy, actually isa din yan sa fear ko while pregnant. I'm 24 weeks and 5 days pregnant pero so far di pa naman nahirapan mag poop, I refrain from eating meat talaga. Mga 1-2x a week lang ata ako nagmimeat. Iwas ka lang sa meat, then eat more veggies and drink plenty of water.
