I personally don't want to hire a yaya. For those who opted not to hire one, what are your reasons?

I grew up super close to my yaya---even more than my mom. Busy kasi mom ko and my yaya was a great person. Super love ko siya but I wouldn't hire one for my kid. Siguro mas okay na hands-on para no one can interfere sa closeness ko with my kid. But that's just from my personal experience.
