I only have blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding for supplement. Is it enough? Do I need to take any more supplementary?

The supplements you need to take also depends on which trimester you are at. Folic acid was prescribed to me in the first trimester. Second trimester I was given obimin and then calcium supplements was add on together with fish oil. I did not take any multivitamins at all. I think a healthy and balanced diet will be better for supplementing the body
