I am now 30 weeks and am little bit depressed, please tell me what can i i do? ?

Set realistic goals so you won’t become overwhelmed; 4. Eat a balanced diet to stay healthy. Some food helps to improve moods. For me, its chocolate...heehee. 5. Do deep breathing exercises to relax.
