Baby grunting sound

I noticed my baby is very irritated lately during sleep and always making grunting sound parang may phlegm then when breastfeeding palagi siya nasasamid. Just this morning I noticed she spitted out phlegm super sticky so I assume not a normal spit up from breast milk.
