5 Weeks Pregnant

I do not have any nausea symptoms or breast soreness. Doctor told me baby have no heartbeat yet and re-visit at week 7. Is it something i have to be concerned about? ?

Dont worry, its too early to detect and visit again in a few weeks! Also some mama’s dont feel nausea whole pregnancy
