5 Weeks Pregnant

I do not have any nausea symptoms or breast soreness. Doctor told me baby have no heartbeat yet and re-visit at week 7. Is it something i have to be concerned about? ?

its too early to detetect. most probably by week 7, can hear the heartbeat already so dont worry
