Hi hi, once pregnancy test is positive, your wife can go to any polyclinic to get referral to KKH or SGH. And they will only schedule once youre 8 weeks and above as usually by then can atleast see very small feutus and a heartbeat. 7 weeks and below even go scan cannot really see anything other than a sac. Unless she want to reconfirm the pregnancy, she can go to any private gynae or clinic, then do hcg test or transvaginal ultrasound. During the first KKH appt, wife will go for an ultrasound scan to scan baby for heartbeat and both wife & husband need to take blood test to test for thalassemia. Usually 1st trim not much appt or test. And every kkh appt will start of with wife having to test weight height blood pressure and urine test to check for glucose.

Not much. Gynae usually won't schedule until week 8/9, where they check for yolk sac, heart beat etc, but if you're worried you can go for early emergency check, like urgent O&G in KKH. Then in subsequent checks will prolly check for structural abnormalities... Then the most important test during this first trimester is prolly the FTS to check for down syndrome... Take a look at this. https://www.singhealth.com.sg/patient-care/conditions-treatments/down_syndrome Other than this, your gynae may recommend to take some vaccines.
