Any BF pro moms around?
Hi! Do i need to standby breast pump or pad etc if im not gonna breastfeed at all?.. Or i straight away ask gynea for medication to stop the milk flow? Im just afraid it will leak or engorged after labor.

yes. you may still need it to relieve the milk that will be produced. and if you don’t clear the milk you may get mastitis or infections. if you not intending to breastfeed can just get a secondhand pump off carousell!
