Hi, I need to seek advise on what should we do as this is the first time we are buying second hand car. We have placed a deposit with the car dealer and few days later the car dealer called to inform us that they have sold off that car! The sales person then recommend another car at higher cost. How could they do this! I wonder if this is one of their tricks in selling? My kids & parents were super excited with this MPV car and now we need to repeat the whole process of searching testing and buying. I am so piss off.

ask for your deposit back and dont go back to this seller again. They are being very irresponsible. Drop a feedback on carmart to alert other car buyers
