I feel u too! But not sure what advice u need? For sharing, before my firstborn I’m 55kg, after baby born I can’t go back to my old weight and forever at 62-3kg for like 11 mths till now I’m carrying my second one (cos I had to eat a lot of durian and fibre food during preggy) and I don’t exercise + I’m a big eater.. I also thinking how am I gg to lose weight after I pop in days later 😅

I suggest you use the binder every day.. at least during your mealtimes.. you take it off when you’re going to bed.. I always wear it right after I gave birth and religiously wearing it until my tummy is flat.. as of 2023 I’m a mother of 4 and I’m content with my weight.. try it..

I still do have a big tummy despite giving birth after 2 mths plus (my 2nd child) . During my first pregnancy I took , around 6 mths to loose weight and my tummy .

so what advice are you looking for?
