No, dont ever squeeze out the milk/colostrum. It will trigger preterm labour and contraction. Which we do not want and gynae would not recommend. Just wipe or wash it off. And yes some mummies do get milk leak during pregnancy but just wash it off.
you can hand express and store them but 24 weeks is still very early. recommended to only do it after 37 weeks.
And subject to gynae’s approval. Cs some mummies have complication or concerns during their pregnancy that can pose a risk.
