Feeling a little sore or sensitive in my breast and when I squeeze it some milk coming out easily (although prior to this it took longer for milk to come out when I squeeze to see if there's milk) stopped breastfeeding 3 months back and currently trying to conceive again, could I be pregnant ? Period supposed to come next Wednesday

It can be pregnancy, it can also be that your period is coming. Sometimes there is balance milk too. I would say wait till Wednesday before you test for pregnancy
