I m having my first period after give birth and lo is 4 month now , may I know if my breastmilk will drop? And If it drop , will I be able to increase it back?

Sometimes it drop only for awhile, no worries mommy 👍🏻. If you are happy then you will produce a lot of milk. Do not think too much, do not strain yourself from overthinking.
